 To integrate Engineering Degree as regular student

The Engineering training is composed of two years of preparatory classes and three years of Engineering course. Depending on your qualification, you can enrol at the ENSGSI at different levels:

With a high school diploma in Sciences
The majority of students enroll at the ENSGSI by passing nationwide competitive entrance examination called “Geipi Polytech” . However, foreign students may also apply as “admis sur titres”on the basis of academic record to enrol the first year of class preparatory.

– With a post-graduate level:
Meaning either 2 years of post-secondary school-education, in which case you can join us as a first-year student and follow all three years of the Engineering course.

– With an under-graduate level:
In which case you can join us as secondary-year students and follow the last two years of the Engineering course.

Deadlines for application : May 31th
All selected applicants will be called in an interview in Nancy at the ENSGSI from the beginning of July.

Master Management of Innovation and Industrial Design

Main goals:
Innovation concerns new techniques, new products, as well as new proceeds or new services. It conveys improvement technological change in companies and represents an essential strategical element for development and industrial consolidation.

Effective management of innovation requires a comprehension of external factors involved in the development of a company but also the analysis of user needs, and to better take into account their expectations.
The specialty MIDI aims to provide a thorough training in scientific methods of designing, piloting of innovative products and evaluation of target markets.

Features:

  • It is completed by a training in management of innovation in its human dimension.
    It responds to new organizations’ needs to acquire a true Innovation Engineering that can integrate simultaneously and in collaboration complementary dimensions: a technical dimension (choice of design, choice of materials, evaluation of target markets…), a managerial dimension (projects management…) and a human dimension (teams’ management…).
  • A configuration that provides the multidisciplinary aspect of innovation process’ study.
    This specialty is not only set in one school but developed in a cross disciplinary way through 5 schools (ENSGSI, Ecole des Mines, ICN, Ecole des Beaux-Arts Nancy, INSA Strasbourg) and four research teams (Prentice Hall, LPM, Institut J. Lamour, LGECO-LICIA).
  • The international dimension of this degree. Two international partnerships have been developed :
    • « La Maestria Logistica » University of Cuyo in Mendoza (Argentina)
    • « la Maestria Ingeneria Industrial » University of Chile Santiago do Chile (Chili).
